It's Time to grow into your next level of leadership

Every story has four characters: a villain, a victim, a guide and a hero.  It is my calling to be your guide helping you be the hero of your story.

Where we begin

Nineteenth Century Minister George Mueller had the right way to start discovery, ask God to “Get our hearts into such a state that it has no will of its own.”  Together we will assess leadership gaps and clarify your vision and priorities.

Then, we will begin modeling and mapping out behaviors and mindsets designing a workable plan.  Clear discernment will set the tone in moving forward with decisive visualization of what achievement will look like.

Now it’s time to make sure you take action.  “A mind stretched can never go back to its former dimensions.” – Oliver Wendell Holmes.  This is where momentum is built for you to achieve your personal best and maximum effectiveness.

There is a difference

Training vs. Coaching

Training involves a “one-size-fits-all” approach of delivery of the same teaching in the same format for everyone.  Training is good for sharing knowledge.  Knowledge can be learned from another persons knowledge.  Wisdom cannot be gained from another persons wisdom.  That’s where coaching comes in…

Coaching is ongoing-diagnosis specific to the individual (customized), completely tailored to an individual’s needs.  Highly structured, very formal and regularly scheduled.  Coaching is about acting on knowledge.  It’s about behaviors and mindset.

David Washco leads by example in every aspect of his life. David was once my student but frankly he has become my mentor over the years, I now turn to him for guidance.  David has made the rare leap from record breaking salesperson to being a great business person, coach and leader!

Perhaps more importantly, he is ethical and cares about the success of others.  David always has time to contribute to his community and is dedicated to his family. This matters to me because I know he is grounded and has his priorities straight.  If you want to really stand out from the crowd and be ‘remarkable’, then David can help you get there!

Charlie Van Hecke, Author, Speaker, Leader

My relationship with David began when he was nominated to serve on the Board of Directors for Safe Harbor in 2016.  The person nominating David reported that he was a Christ-follower, a man of integrity, a leader and a devoted husband and father.  It did not take long for me to understand why he was so highly regarded.  The following year David was unanimously voted to serve as Co-Chair and a year later served as the Chair.
It was during this time that my respect for David as a leader grew even more.  David provides wisdom, grounding and always turned to the Lord for discernment.  David will make an excellent coach and mentor to pastors.  Just like King David, David is a man after God’s on heart.
